Description

30°C, wool blend lining Over the years, PAJAR has developed and implemented techniques to improve their high quality boots. With the addition of a patented insulating mid-sole (Iso-Lana) made up of small air bubbles between layers of aluminum, felt, and wool, Pajar boots can withstand severe cold up to -74 degrees Celsius. All seams are tape-sealed and the adhesive construction further ensures the waterproof quality of the boots. PAJAR boots are produced in a wide range of styles, materials, and colours to keep up with fashion trends. shoe looks like photo. very stylish. it would have been perfect if there is arch a little more arch support (but it's not uncomfortable). kept my foot dry and warm in the cold cold winter of chicago!! great shoe overall!!Beautiful boots! They look so good, and they feel so sturdy yet not heavy. I have no doubt they will do wonderfully, Pajar is my winter boot, I don't think I've ever found a company with such good quality and style as well as functionality. I've yet to try them in the snow but I'm sure they will be great. I'll update when I find out. They do run narrow, which is actually a good thing for me, I have very narrow feet and ankles and I like not having a zipper. They run at lest one size small so order up, mine were just right in length but a little deep for my foot but that leaves me all the more room for a cushy shearling insole and wool socks.Update: great boots but the tongue sticking out the way it does without the laces going that high to keep the tongue close makes for a lot of snow getting in, i'm not walking in deep drifts in these but when the other boot kicks up some snow or I open the car door snow can fall into that wide gap. So perhaps it's good for cold but not very snowy days, I can see it being decent in sleet just nothing light enough to get kicked up. Disappointed in that way but still great looking boots for cold weather. Not their best soles for ice either...not the worst I've ever had but the get a grip line or princess style soles are their best for slick ice.I'm giving 4 stars right now only because I haven't worn the boot outside of the house as of yet. When I tried them on they felt very comfy walking around the house and that was with a somewhat thick sock on. I did see in other reviews wear some stated that the boot was tight fitting, but I didn't get that feel. They actually had some extra room for thicker socks. If I wore a thinner sock I would have more room. The look is very cute and I like the fact that you can fold down the flap at the top of the boot to show the Pajar label, pretty sharp! I'll give an update once I wear them outside of the house in inclement weather to see how they uphold. Other than that, I do like the boots overall.I absolutely love these! My husband has had a pair from this company for years and after so many times of borrowing his, he convinced me to spend the loot and get them. They are very warm, comfortable and for perfectly! The design is very cute as well, not too clunky looking and very easy to clean! I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic pair of boots to protect your feet from the elements!WORD OF ADVICE: You do not have to buy a size up for these shoes to fit. I was really worried at first but if you take the sole off the bottom of the shoe, the boot is still lined with fur on the bottom. It makes the shoe SO MUCH MORE roomy and it even feels cozier (like an ugg) instead of having a hard sole bottom. If anything, put in a different sole - since the one given is so thick. The boots have a bit of stretch anyway so buying a 1/2 size up might be too large.Too narrow for me. These boots are beautiful and well constructed and warm. Some light-weight thermal socks will work well in cold climates; heavy socks I don't believe would work unless you go up a size or maybe if your feet are extra narrow in width. I am a size 9 and regular/Medium width.(the shoes are advertised as M(regular/medium width). There was plenty of room at the top forefoot but my toes were smooshed together. My pinkie toes were red after wearing them on my carpet for only a few minutes. I love them except for the narrow width. These are fantastic! My foot is on the narrow side, and tends to slip and slide in brands like Sorel and Kamik, even with heavy socks. Saw this brand on a recent visit to Montreal, Canada and found them to be a better fit for me, so of course I checked Amazon for the great prices. I also like having a leather boot versus a rubber/synthetic one, and it did not disappoint. My feet stayed warm and dry through icy rain, snow flurries and lots of puddles. I bought the 39 (8-8.5) for a bit of wiggle room and to accommodate an orthotic. Winner! These boots are super Comfortable and great if you want to be stylish while also being warm in the snow. However I wouldn’t recommend these if you live in a snowy location; these boots are perfect for a snow vacation that lasts a couple of daysThey are nice but you have to take care of them. I bought white and it dirties. I did not treat the leather and I was away two winters... when I went to put them on I noticed the leather cracking, my own fault though I suppose.Beautiful boots and i believe Canadian but a tad narrow.Beware: pajar does not think they’re responsible for their products if purchased in AmazonLove my new boots :)Loved the fit but definitely not waterproof
