I wore these for my wedding shoes, because they were one of the few options that came in narrow width. The heel is a very comfortable height, but my feet did hurt by the end of the day. (It was my wedding though, what do you expect?) Had I worn them just to work or church I don't think I'd have had any foot pain.The gold toe of the leather did get scuffed up something horrible from my dancing (mostly when I had to cross my foot over the other, the heel snagged the leather) and the shoe repair man could not fix it, which made me sad. He said it was painted leather.Very very pretty in person though, and made my tiny, narrow feet look like tiny, narrow feet, which was what I wanted. :)As someone who walks everywhere, I was looking for some simple neutral shoes that would look good and offer some comfort. When I fell in love with the look of these, I was not sure about the comfort but figured there were times when I just needed a classy shoe. I was thrilled to find out that these not only looked great (actually even nicer than the picture) but are also very comfortable. They are sturdy but still soft, and I have worn them for whole days without even the fleeting desire to slip them off! These are definitely becoming a favorite in my shoe wardrobe!very disappointed that after ordering a size 7.5ww only to receive a 6.5ww and now the price has changed and I've missedout on this shoe because of someone's incompetence.YOU GUYS SENT ME A PAIR OF 5W SIZE SHOES...YOUR COSTUMER SERVICE IS VERY GOOD BUT I CANT RETURN THE SHOES BECAUSE IM OUTSIDE USA, I HAVE A MAIL BOX IN MIAMI AND SENDING THE SHOES THERE WILL COST ME MORE THAN 50 DOLLARS...IS THE FOURTH PAIR OF SHOES I ORDER AND IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE PROBLEMS, NOW I`M NOT SURE OF PURCHASING SHOES FROM AMAZON IN THE FUTURE, I WAS SO HAPPY BECAUSE WAS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE I COULD GET PRETTY SHOES IN A PLUS SIZE..I wear 8W and it is often difficult to get beautiful shoes in wide. These are superb - the fit is perfect, so is the look. I wore them to a party straight out the box and had no problems whatsoever, my feet felt super comfortable and looked sleek and elegant. I was worried I won't be able to walk confidently in these, as I am used to chunkier heels. No such problem - the shoe is very well balanced and stable, I could probably run in them. Thinking of getting another pair for a back up!A good quality shoe, the heel slapped because of a long strap with each step. The toe box was too rounded for what I wanted. For that long of a toe box I expected a pointy toe.I love the classy and corporate look of this shoe. it matches everything i wear with it. heel height is perfect too. downside of this pair is that it lacks some cushioning inside.I read all the reviews and took a chance because like so many women I have great difficulty with dress heels. These were as promised. First wear I was able to keep them on my feet for the entire event. I usually kick my heels off and limp out barefooted. These were perfect and pretty too.
