First, the customer service is spectacular. My first pair felt too small. I had also ordered the same brand but in a low boot. I reordered both in a size larger but mixed up the two mailing labels (not realizing they came from two different suppliers). Both suppliers worked with me for weeks to get their shoes back. At this writing, this supplier has received the correct shoes and I have finally gotten my credit! As far as the shoes, most people would find them incredibly comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis and was able to remove the insoles and use my own orthotic and they are not only soft, amazingly cute, but very comfortable shoes.I bought the black and brown ones. I love them and would be happy living in them. Would not recommend if you recently injured your foot because the bottom of the shoe doesn’t have the stiffness you’d need to recover (maybe get a hard sneaker or something for that). Otherwise it’s perfect.I wanted to love these boots but the fit was not good on me. I am giving 4 stars though as they are very nice boots. I own a couple of pairs of Arcopedico ankle boots, that are so comfy, so I really wanted to love these. I found them a tighter/narrower fit in the foot than my other boots. The biggest problem was around the calves. They are very tight. I am quite petite with athletic calves (not body builder calves; runner calves). I could just about do up the zip but they were much too tight. Sadly, I had to return them. If your calves are not too large or toned and if you have a narrow foot, these would be a lovely boot (as long as you don't want to wear them over jeans--they would be way too tight for that).Super cute, easy to get into and zip up and runs slightly smaller than my shorter version. The arch support is higher so consider that when you purchase these. Definitely recommend.I love Arcopedico shoes. They are so soft and comfortable on my arthritic feet, but have decent arch support.Nice soft material and very cute and comfortable would but againAs expected from the previous reviews, they are hard to get into, but once you are in, they fit like a glove. There will be no “give” because the are not leather, they are vegan and that comes with some pluses and minuses. I would advise the next larger size.I have pretty wide feet, and a large bunion. These Boots Are Awesome. I finally have cute boots to wear , and have gotten lots of compliments on them. I'm considering buying a second pair as a backup
