I ordered the size Large. I am about 5'9" and weigh around 145. I am very straight up and down in my middle with no discernible waist. There is an adjustable waistband to help with too tight/too loose issues. These pants keep my legs warm with even light weight cotton pants on underneath in negative temps. The length was great for me as well. No issues with hi waters for me! The appear to be water resistant as well, but I have not really sat in the snow for extended periods of time.Girlfriend liked themPerfect !!!!!
